Quality Policy
The TLLC-DUTH provides Training Programs, Continuing Professional Education and Training, and in general, Lifelong Learning Educational Programs that are not part of formal education. The Center organizes and operates these programs to serve the needs and expectations of the trainees adhering to the legal and regulatory framework. The Center is committed to the effective operation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance with the certification requirements according to ISO 9001:2015.
The Management of TLLC-DUTH is committed to contributing to Lifelong Learning through modern teaching methods, including distance education based on internationally recognized criteria. Additionally, the Center is committed to addressing the country’s developmental needs and promoting the dissemination of knowledge and innovation to contribute to the country’s productive reconstruction.
With the above in mind, for the best possible satisfaction of the needs of its trainees and the effectiveness of its programs, the TLLC–DUTH:
- Ensures the staff possesses high competencies for the implementation of its Programs,
- Maintains the infrastructure and facilities supporting the educational process in excellent operational condition.,
- Maintains and upgrades the information systems that support the educational process,
- Provides a suitable educational and working environment and ensures the necessary resources for the achievement of its mission and goals,
- Ensures that the required specifications are met at all stages of the implementation of the services it offers,
- Establishes goals and appropriate indicators for measuring the effectiveness of the Quality Management System to continuously improve the quality of the educational services provided,
- Continuously improves policies, procedures, technical, and organizational measures related to the quality of the educational services provided.
The Management of the Center is committed to implementing this quality policy and its periodic review, while actively supporting the staff for their active participation in ensuring the quality of its educational programs.
The policy of the Center is binding on every employee, instructor, external collaborator, and trainee at all levels of its organizational structure.”
