The aim of the program is to prepare candidates for pan-Hellenic written competition (Supreme Council for Civil Personnel Selection (ASEP). Τhe successful candidates are ranked in scoring tables by category and specialty (university/technical education), with the purpose of appointment to administrative positions in the public sector. The final exam grade includes the candidates’ performance in both knowledge test and skills test. The program is structured into two fields with corresponding subfields, based on the previous written competition announcement 2G/2022, as follows: (1) Verbal and numerical reasoning and (2) General knowledge and workplace effectiveness. Through this seminar, participants will be able to perform logical reasoning involving the understanding of numerical and verbal relationships. Additionally, they will practice handling everyday workplace situations through hypothetical scenarios and expand their knowledge on topics related to legal, economic, political, and work-related issues, as outlined in the previous written competition ASEP announcement 2G/2022 (e.g., Constitution, legal rules, rights, state bodies, administration, EU institutions, public policy, public administration, digital governance, fiscal policy, economy, etc.). Therefore, upon completion of the seminar, participants will be suitably prepared to take part in the written competition ASEP.
The program is taught in Greek.
