Baby Swimming and Infant Recreation Swimming Programs
The purpose of the program is the acquisition of trainees’ knowledge related to the subject of baby swimming, and the organization of programs and activities of motor recreation for toddlers, which can be implemented in the water, and specifically in the pool area. The hybrid mode of teaching, which includes practical training in the field (swimming pool) combined with theoretical and remote synchronous (via teams) and asynchronous (via e-Class) teaching, will enable participants to acquire those skills and knowledge to be able to implement similar programs for infants and toddlers with absolute safety. As the motor recreation and infant swimming program is implemented with infants and toddlers, who are actually implemented in the water, specialized knowledge is required in the planning and implementation of the exercise program, as well as corresponding knowledge in safety and risk management protocols, so that the program is implemented with absolute safety and effectiveness. The purpose of the program is to train the participants both in the content of the exercise program followed in water exercise and recreation programs for infants and toddlers, as well as in the techniques and measures that must be taken to minimize the chances of an accident. At the same time, the purpose of the educational program is to provide knowledge and skills, related to the subject of infant and toddler swimming and recreation, in terms of how to organize a business that has as a provided product the above subject. The participants will receive training in the basic principles of marketing and management so that they know how they can be professionally active in the specific area, and the steps they must implement to increase the chances of professional success. The program is implemented by instructors of highly scientific training with extensive experience in theoretical and practical teaching in subjects related to physical recreation in open and closed spaces aimed at people of all ages.
The program is taught in Greek.
