  • All the above dates for each stage are indicative, but the scientific coordinator should be aware that from the moment they submit a proposal until the program starts, the entire process takes approximately three to four months.
  • The examination of proposals takes place throughout the entire submission period.
  • In the 3rd stage, in order for the acceptance of the work by the Special Account for Research Funds (SARF) to occur within 15 days, the scientific coordinator should prepare all the required documents and, together with the decision of the approval of the educational program by the Council of TLLC, submit them to the SARF as soon as possible.
  • In the 4th stage, the duration depends on the scientific coordinator (the usual duration for submitting applications is one month).
  • From the deadline for submission of trainee applications to the start of courses, there should be a period of 6 to 10 days, during which the results table with the selected trainees should be posted on the TLLCwebsite, with a deadline for any objections.

Additionally, the following are also noted:

  • Notification to the Council regarding the repetition of an already approved educational program without any changes can be done throughout the year.
  • Minor modifications to an approved educational program are made per session (approximately one per month) and upon request by the scientific coordinator.
  • The revision (major changes) of an already approved educational program (Schedule, Courses, Tuition Fees, Implementation Method, etc.) is carried out by resubmitting a new proposal.
