Registries
According to the current legal framework (Law 4957/2022, Articles 117 and 120), a Registry of Trainers is established at the TLLC. The Director of Training is responsible for the Registry.

Evaluators Registry
- As evaluators of the implementation proposals for educational/training programs submitted to TLLC-DUTH, members of the TLLC-DUTH Council can be appointed, as well as evaluators listed in paragraph 2 of the Registry.
- The TLLC-DUTH maintains an electronic Registry of Evaluators for the implementation proposals of programs submitted, where all members of Teaching and Research Staff, Special Teaching Staff, Laboratory Teaching Staff, Teaching Assistants, Research Associates, postdoctoral researchers, doctors, as well as those who teach with autonomous teaching duties, are registered.
The possession of a doctoral degree is a prerequisite for registration, except in cases defined by paragraph 2, Article 143 of Law 4957/2022.
Prior educational and professional experience in the field of adult education, as well as professional experience as evaluators, is desirable.
- The following steps are required for inclusion in the Evaluator Registry:
- a) Interested parties submit an application through an electronic registration form on the official website of the Center.
The application includes:
- Personal information and contact details.
- Educational qualifications
III. Professional experience and relevant supporting documents
- Experience in adult education and corresponding supporting documents
V.Certification of computer skills and supporting documents
- Certification of other knowledge and relevant supporting documents
VII.Certification as Adult Educators by EOPPEP (National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance), if available, along with the corresponding supporting documents
VIII. Additional certificates and training certifications.
The above application is a Responsible Declaration according to Law 1599/1986 and grants the Center the right to process the applicant’s personal data
- b) The application is reviewed by the Director of Training.
- c) If the application has not been completed according to the specifications, the Director informs the applicant for any necessary corrections and additional information needed.
- d) If the application has not been completed according to the specifications, it is forwarded along with a recommendation from the Director to the Council for review and approval or rejection.
- e) If the Council decides positively, the applicant is included in the Center’s Evaluator Registry.
- f) The final decision regarding inclusion in the Registry is communicated to the applicants.
Applicants do not have the right to object in case of a negative decision.
- Teaching and Research Academic Staff access the electronic registration system using their institutional account details and submit a registration application without the need to submit additional supporting documents.
- The President assigns the evaluation of each program to an evaluator at their discretion. The names of the evaluators are not disclosed to the Scientific Coordinator or Academic Coordinator of the program.
